Jeff’s journey into PDR began with a solid foundation in auto collision repair. With certifications as an ASE Master Technician, an all-level certified painter, and a General Motors journeyman collision tech, he transitioned from managing body shops and independent adjusting firms to mastering PDR in its early days. His ability to adapt and innovate led to his involvement in Dentsmart during its infancy, where he has since driven the company’s evolution into a leading PDR organization.
