From Early Industry Roots to Franchise Leadership
Chad’s journey in the auto industry began at the young age of 14, working in a body shop as a parts specialist. From detailing and touch-up work to hands-on experience with repairs, his foundation in the business was set long before he discovered the world of PDR. With a turf grass management degree in hand but a passion for entrepreneurship in his heart, Chad embraced the opportunity to become a Dentsmart franchise owner—seeking stability for his growing family and a future built on teamwork and leadership.

Since 1993, Chad has honed his craft in PDR, specializing in hail damage, retail and wholesale repairs, dealership services, fleet solutions, and catastrophe response. His franchise has grown into a powerhouse, with a team of over 20 skilled technicians, including 10 master technicians, 6 dedicated office staff members, and an expanding group of trainees. More than just leading a team, Chad is passionate about mentorship, innovation, and team-building, always looking ahead to new technologies and techniques that push the limits of what’s possible in dent repair.
